The background and purpose of the research is to build a diagnostic index for public design integrated management

for a reasonable diagnosis system that can diagnose and evaluate the appropriateness of the project in the planning

process of landscape and public design related business.

The purpose of this study is to build an evaluation index and a method of operation so as to grasp the adequacy

and feasibility of business through the development of pre - diagnosis index and post - diagnosis index for objective

and rational diagnosis of landscape and public design related projects.

The research method is a study involving the theory of diagnostic evaluation system and its performance

characteristics. The theoretical and practical aspects of the development of diagnostic indicators related to

Chungnam public design integrated management system were reviewed and diagnostic indicators were developed.

The scope and basis of the study specifies the development of the evaluation system of the Chungcheongnam-do

Public Design Ordinance (Article 8), establishment of measurement and improvement measures.

The results of this study suggests the development and operation methods of the indicators to enhance the efficiency

of the project for the actual scenery and public design related projects of the local governments concerned.

Therefore, we developed efficient post-evaluation system for landscape design and public design project to induce

efficient business promotion.



연구의 배경 및 목적은 경관·공공디자인 관련 사업 계획과정에서 사업의 적정성을 진단 및 평가할 수 있는 합리적인 진단체계

를 위해서 공공디자인 통합관리 차원에서 진단지표의 구축이 필요하게 되었다.

본 연구는 경관 및 공공디자인 관련사업의 객관적이고 합리적인 진단을 위하여 사전진단지표와 사후진단지표 개발을 통해서 사

업의 적정성 및 타당성을 파악할 수 있도록 평가지표와 운용방법을 구축하는데 중점을 두고자 하였다.

연구방법은 진단평가체계 이론과 실행적 성격을 수반하는 연구로서, 충남 공공디자인 통합관리체계와 관련된 진단지표개발에 대

한 이론 및 실행부분을 검토하고, 진단지표를 개발하였다.

연구의 범위 및 근거는 충청남도 공공디자인조례(제8조)의 평가시스템 개발, 측정 및 개선대책 수립을 명시하고 있다.

연구결과에서는 해당 지자체의 실제 경관 및 공공디자인 관련사업에 대해서 사업의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 지표개발 및 운용방

법을 제시하였다. 따라서, 경관 및 공공디자인사업의 사전 사후 평가시스템 개발을 통해서, 효율적인 사업추진을 유도하도록 하

였다.
