The purposes of this study are to deduct appropriate elderlyfriendly community facilities in traditional market For these purposes I reviewed on the policies of elderlyfriendly in traditional market in Korea and Japan and made questionare on the introducing priority of elderlyfriendly community facilities in traditional market The results are as follows First the making of safe and convenient elderlyfriendly traditional market needs to the aged for an their society Second the concept and types of elderlyfriendly community facility are deducted for making the elderlyfriendly traditional market and 32 elderlyfriendly community facilities are extracted Third the healthwelfare facilities public administration culturewelfare education and transportation
facilities are recommended as high priority elderlyfriendly community facilities in traditional market
